Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of previous front desk, administrative, reception work, highly preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate advanced skills with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Forms)
  • Experience with working and interacting with people with special needs
  • Ability to learn and use different software
  • Must be detail oriented and accurate
  • Ability to maintain focus and work efficiently in environments with high activity
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, sustaining a calm disposition during elevated situations

Job Duties

  • Welcome each member upon arrival and process their check-in through our digital billing system
  • Notify trainers and class instructors of member arrival
  • Schedule and reschedule appointments for members
  • Confirm personal training appointments
  • Respond to phone calls and emails
  • Process member payments
  • Reply to questions and concerns from members and caregivers
  • Offer resources to caregivers as needed
  • Follow facility opening and closing procedures
  • Write shift notes which include an update on the day's events
  • Regular cleaning and sanitizing of equipment
  • End of shift cleaning of equipment and bathrooms
  • Contribute to a positive work environment among co-workers, members and families
  • Special projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
