Our team comprises skilled fabricators, experienced sales professionals, and a supportive administrative staff, all working together to ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
We are currently seeking a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at our showroom and office location. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners, playing a crucial part in supporting our daily office operations and assisting both the sales and production teams. The ideal candidate is an organized and personable multi-tasker who can help maintain a smooth and professional front office environment. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing communications via phone and email, scheduling appointments for templating and installation, entering job details into our CRM system, preparing and organizing job files, and supporting the sales team with drawings and quotes. Candidates should possess basic computer skills including email, scheduling, and CRM software proficiency. Experience in construction, design, or home improvement sectors is advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided. As a vital member of our team, you will contribute directly to enhancing the customer experience by greeting walk-in clients, directing them to sales personnel, assisting with sign-ins and forms, and ensuring all visitors receive professional and courteous service.
Working onsite at our showroom and office, this position offers consistent, full-time scheduling with regular interaction among clients, contractors, and internal teams. If you are enthusiastic about providing outstanding customer service and administrative support within a thriving and growing granite and stone company, we invite you to apply.
