Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2-3 years of receptionist or administrative assistant experience in a corporate environment
  • Strong customer service background
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must work onsite 5 days per week at Bethesda, MD location

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2-3 years of receptionist or administrative assistant experience in a corporate environment
  • Strong customer service experience with focus on front-desk or visitor services
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greet, welcome, and direct visitors while answering or referring inquiries as needed
  • Maintain security by monitoring visitor logbook and issuing visitor badges
  • Operate telecommunication system by answering incoming calls professionally
  • Coordinate online conference room scheduling and arrange meeting facilitation
  • Assist in maintaining engagement center and common areas
  • Provide administrative support to People & Culture team including data entry, document preparation, and events coordination
  • Provide backup support to Executive Assistants including expense report processing
