Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum 3 years of related business experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Must be able to work onsite in Atlanta, GA

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum 3 years of related business experience preferred
  • Strong preference for administrative, receptionist, switchboard, or legal office experience
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong phone and email etiquette
  • Professional presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and efficiently

Job Duties

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Respond to emails and provide timely communication support
  • Greet and assist guests, visitors, and clients upon arrival
  • Manage and maintain conference room schedules and reservations
  • Coordinate and order food/catering for meetings and office events
  • Ensure office security by checking in visitors and maintaining visitor logs
  • Perform light administrative tasks including invoice entry and documentation support
  • Assist with Microsoft Excel tasks and general MS Office activities
  • Maintain a professional and organized front desk environment
  • Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Operate office and technical equipment as needed
  • Lift and move materials/items up to 50 pounds when required
