The role available is for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant located onsite in Atlanta, GA. This position is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity requiring at least three months of engagement initially, with the potential to extend into a permanent role. The candidate will support daily front desk operations and office functions in a professional and fast-paced office environment. Primary responsibilities include managing incoming communications by answering phones and emails, greeting guests and clients, and organizing conference room schedules. The assistant will also coordinate catering for meetings and office events and ensure office security by managing visitor logs and check-in procedures. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Respond to emails and provide timely communication support
- Greet and assist guests, visitors, and clients upon arrival
- Manage and maintain conference room schedules and reservations
- Coordinate and order food/catering for meetings and office events
- Ensure office security by checking in visitors and maintaining visitor logs
- Perform light administrative tasks including invoice entry and documentation support
- Assist with Microsoft Excel tasks and general MS Office activities
- Maintain a professional and organized front desk environment
- Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Operate office and technical equipment as needed
- Lift and move materials/items up to 50 pounds when required
