The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing the main phone line, routing calls appropriately, and taking accurate messages to facilitate seamless communication within the company. The role also involves stock management within company vehicles, document scanning, and monitoring as well as ordering supplies for both the office and kitchen. Additionally, the assistant will handle sorting and distributing incoming mail and provide other necessary administrative support. This position requires a professional demeanor, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
