Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or meeting
- Partner with support teams to develop office efficiencies to enhance in-office experience for executives and employees
- Answer incoming phone calls, screen and direct them to the right person or department
- Provide administrative support to various departments within the Summerlin Association Management Offices as needed
- Manage mail processing including sorting, distributing internal mail, and postmarking outgoing mail
- Monitor and respond to various email inboxes and voicemails, returning calls as necessary
- Assist with filing, copying, mailings, and other general administrative duties
- Support other departments with projects as requested
- Keep lobby traffic flowing smoothly by addressing deliveries, answering questions, and managing visitor flow
- Maintain professionalism and positive working relationships with employees and clients
- Monitor and respond promptly to resident concerns and other communications
- Be proactive in assisting departments during downtime
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support management
