Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One to three years of prior relevant experience
- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of computer systems and software
- Tactful interaction with employees and visitors
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts as needed

Job Duties
- Answer incoming telephone calls and determine the purpose of callers
- Forward calls to the appropriate personnel or department
- Take and deliver messages or transfer calls to voicemail when necessary
- Answer questions about the organization and provide callers with address, directions, and other information
- Welcome on-site visitors, determine the nature of their business, and announce them to appropriate personnel
- Monitor visitor access and issue passes when required
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and collating
