The Receptionist also plays an integral role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date member records and correspondence, facilitating smooth communication across all club departments, and supporting club events and private functions ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations.

- previous experience in luxury hospitality or private club settings preferred
- proficiency with multi-line phone systems

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, hotels, or high-end customer service preferred
- experience operating a multi-line phone system in a fast-paced professional environment
- proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet members and guests with professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness
