Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in luxury hospitality or private club settings preferred
- proficiency with multi-line phone systems
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- excellent customer service skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to multitask and prioritize
- professional demeanor and appearance
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, hotels, or high-end customer service preferred
- experience operating a multi-line phone system in a fast-paced professional environment
- proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- professional appearance and polished demeanor
- strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- ability to remain calm, organized, and service-focused in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet members and guests with professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness
- manage a multi-line phone system efficiently and professionally
- handle incoming calls, reservations, member inquiries, and guest requests with exceptional customer service
- coordinate dining and event reservations
- maintain accurate member records, correspondence, and club communications
- support club events, private functions, and daily administrative operations as needed
- handle guest check-ins and ensure a seamless arrival experience
