Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of receptionist or front desk experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Punctuality and reliable attendance
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of front desk or receptionist experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
  • Positive and team-player attitude with a polished demeanor

Job Duties

  • Answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate team members
  • Greeting and assisting clients, customers, and vendors with professionalism and a friendly attitude
  • Managing office supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including preparing and sending packages
  • Providing administrative support to department heads as needed
