We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Receptionist to join our team at a high-profile company's fitness center located in Richmond, VA. This role is vital as the initial point of contact for members and guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The Receptionist will greet visitors warmly, manage front desk activities, handle payments, and address member inquiries and concerns promptly with professionalism. Additional responsibilities include maintaining facility cleanliness and managing inventory of supplies and retail products, ensuring smooth daily operations.

This position demands excellent communication skills, the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients, and proficiency in using basic computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. The ideal candidate must also be organized and customer service-oriented, able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Depending on location, CPR/AED and First Aid certifications may be required, with the company providing reimbursement for certification costs in accordance with its policies.
