We are currently looking for a Receptionist to join our passionate team of patient caregivers. As a key member of our hospital's front-line team, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication flow within the hospital. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
One year of reception experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Or any equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated computer proficiency including data entry and email
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work collaboratively with others

Job Duties

Provide hospital telecommunication services through telephones, pagers, paging system, radio, or computer
Connect communication between visitors, callers, staff, patients, and patients' families
Maintain records related to telecommunications such as long distance phone calls, on-call employees, and pages
Integrate the hospital's mission and guiding principles into daily practice
Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate departments or personnel
Greet and assist visitors and patients professionally
Ensure confidentiality and quality standards are upheld in all communications
