Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 0-1 years of related experience
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, stretch, stoop, walk, and move intermittently during working hours
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and business associates
  • Pass a criminal record check as required by state law

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to operate multiline phone systems
  • Basic proficiency with office software and equipment

Job Duties

  • Answers incoming phone calls and routes them to the appropriate staff members

  • Verifies visitor appointments and notifies staff of arrivals
  • Lets authorized individuals into the building and monitors access to maintain security
  • Maintains a clean, organized, and professional reception area
  • Receives inbound mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Sorts and distributes mail to the correct departments or individuals
  • Logs deliveries and ensures timely pickup
  • Supports general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and scheduling
  • Communicates effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations
