This role is not just about managing front desk duties but about creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere that reinforces the company’s commitment to outstanding service. Receptionists play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of the community's administrative functions, handling phone calls, managing documentation, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the reception and main entrance areas. The Receptionist monitors emergency procedures and logs, contributing to the safety and well-being of residents. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities are crucial for success in this position.

The position offers full-time employment with an outstanding benefits package that reflects the company's dedication to its workforce. Employees enjoy comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, early wage access to help with financial flexibility, and a 401(k) plan for long-term financial security. Paid time off includes vacation days, sick leave accrued based on hours worked, and various types of leave such as bereavement and jury duty. Holiday pay and float holidays offer additional time for rest and rejuvenation. Flexible spending accounts, meal discounts, tuition assistance, short-term disability benefits, life insurance, and more enhance the total compensation package, making Leisure Care an employer of choice for those who want a meaningful, stable career in senior living.

Joining Leisure Care means becoming part of a team that is dedicated not only to providing exceptional care but also to fostering a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to make a difference. Whether you are passionate about customer service or eager to contribute to a community that values each person, this Receptionist position offers an enriching, rewarding career path.
