Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- successfully completed secretarial science program or minimum six months clerical experience
- proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- knowledge of post acute care laws, regulations, and procedures
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- ability to follow company policies
- ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
- ability to communicate effectively in English
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- completion of a secretarial science program from an accredited college or university or minimum of six months experience in a clerical role
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- knowledge of practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines governing post acute care facilities
- ability to make independent decisions when warranted

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors in person and via phone
- operate the facility phone and paging system

- assist in the evacuation of patients
