- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple office locations

Job Duties
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and professional manner
- Match clients with the most appropriate tax professional for their needs
- Schedule client appointments according to their preferences
- Ensure all client needs are met during service, in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources in collaboration with team members
- Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations
