Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple office locations

Job Duties

  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and professional manner
  • Match clients with the most appropriate tax professional for their needs
  • Schedule client appointments according to their preferences
  • Ensure all client needs are met during service, in person, over the phone, or virtually
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources in collaboration with team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations
