Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
One year experience preferred
Typing skills with ability to type 45 net words per minute
Ability to answer and manage telephone calls professionally
Passing score on Assessment Survey Test

Job Duties

Greet and direct visitors vendors and family members of residents
Answer telephone calls to the main telephone for the facility
Accept applications for employment from candidates and notify the Director of Nursing or designee of the applicant's presence
Type facility log sheets
Provide clerical support services as assigned
