The Front Desk Receptionist role at PacificSource is vital to maintaining the welcoming atmosphere of its offices and ensuring efficient communication between members, visitors, and various departments within the company. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a reception or multiline phone role preferred
  • Typing and 10-key skills required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Capable of sitting or standing for extended periods
  • Ability to perform light lifting and repetitive motions
  • Commitment to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Flexibility to assist with clerical tasks across departments

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously according to customer service standards

  • Receive premium payments and issue receipts securely
  • Maintain a professional lobby environment
  • Perform clerical duties including address changes, survey documentation, and packet preparation

  • Assist other departments with clerical tasks as required
