Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience in a reception or multiline phone role preferred
- Typing and 10-key skills required
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Capable of sitting or standing for extended periods
- Ability to perform light lifting and repetitive motions
- Commitment to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Flexibility to assist with clerical tasks across departments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in multiline phone or reception duties preferred
- Typing and 10-key proficiency required
- Computer skills preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Familiarity with privacy and confidentiality regulations
Job Duties
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously according to customer service standards
- Assist callers by determining needs and directing calls appropriately
- Greet and assist visitors professionally and efficiently
- Manage office maintenance coordination with building services and vendors
- Receive premium payments and issue receipts securely
- Maintain a professional lobby environment
- Perform clerical duties including address changes, survey documentation, and packet preparation
- Maintain office supply inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure safety of employees and guests and relay urgent information
- Assist other departments with clerical tasks as required
- Adhere to privacy policies and HIPAA regulations
