Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • professional demeanor and appearance
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to work onsite full-time

Job Qualifications

  • Strong phone etiquette and receptionist duties including answering, transferring calls, and managing appointments
  • proficiency in clerical skills such as filing and data entry
  • excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and visitors
  • organizational and time management abilities for multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • proficient in basic office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • high school diploma or equivalent required

Job Duties

  • Greet clients and visitors professionally
  • manage incoming phone calls including answering and transferring
  • schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • provide clerical support including filing and data entry
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • communicate effectively with clients and staff
  • handle office supplies and coordinate with relevant departments
