Lewis Thomason is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join the team at their Nashville, TN office. In this pivotal role, the Receptionist will be responsible for managing front-desk reception duties, greeting clients and visitors, and managing phone communications with professionalism and efficiency. This is an onsite position that demands a welcoming and professional demeanor as the Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all who enter the office. Besides greeting clients, the Receptionist will be tasked with scheduling appointments and providing essential administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth, uninterrupted office operations. The ideal candidate for this position will excel in communication and customer service, handle multitasking with skill, and demonstrate proficiency in basic office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience in similar roles is advantageous, but not mandatory. This high-energy role suits individuals who enjoy engaging with people and thrive in fast-paced environments.
