Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- professional demeanor and appearance
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work onsite full-time
Job Qualifications
- Strong phone etiquette and receptionist duties including answering, transferring calls, and managing appointments
- proficiency in clerical skills such as filing and data entry
- excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and visitors
- organizational and time management abilities for multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- proficient in basic office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- high school diploma or equivalent required
Job Duties
- Greet clients and visitors professionally
- manage incoming phone calls including answering and transferring
- schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- provide clerical support including filing and data entry
- maintain a clean and organized reception area
- communicate effectively with clients and staff
- handle office supplies and coordinate with relevant departments
