Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven work experience as a receptionist or front office representative
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties
- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate
- transfers a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable
- provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information
- greets and directs visitors to the necessary associate
- maintains visitor and package tracking logs and ensures all necessary NDAs are signed
- receives, sorts and forwards incoming packages (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- performs miscellaneous administrative tasks for various departments
- assists with other related clerical duties as assigned
