We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly Receptionist to join our awesome team. As the first point of contact for everyone entering our facility, the Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring a warm and professional welcome. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to excellent customer service and will assist with general administrative support functions alongside greeting visitors, answering telephones, and directing callers to the appropriate parties. This role requires a pleasant voice, clear speech, and the ability to operate office equipment such as calculators, copiers, and mailing tools. The Receptionist should have proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to handle documentation and routine data processing tasks.

This is a part-time or full-time hourly position, with a competitive salary of $16.90 per hour.   • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • ability to use a 10 key calculator, copier, and mailing equipment
