Job Requirements
- 1 year of customer service experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- ability to use a 10 key calculator, copier, and mailing equipment
- pleasant voice and clear speech

Job Duties
- Greet visitors and serve as the initial point of contact for the facility
- answer telephones and direct callers to appropriate parties
- assist with general administrative support functions
- operate a 10 key calculator, copier, and mailing equipment
- maintain a pleasant voice and clear speech while communicating
- manage schedules and appointments if needed
- handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
