Cotti Foods is a well-established restaurant operator with a rich history dating back to 1967 when the company acquired its first Taco Bell restaurant in Southern California. Over the years, Cotti Foods has significantly expanded its portfolio to encompass well-known brands such as Wendy's, which it added in 2014, and Pieology in 2015. Today, the company proudly manages and operates more than 200 restaurant locations across six states in the U.S., establishing itself as a prominent player in the fast-food and fast-casual dining industry. As part of its ongoing development and commitment to maintaining an organized and welcoming corporate environment, Cotti Foods is seeking a professional Receptionist to join their corporate team. This role is full-time, based in-person with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and staff at the corporate office, playing a crucial role in setting the tone for a positive and efficient workplace atmosphere.
The Receptionist will be responsible for a variety of front-desk activities including greeting visitors warmly and directing them appropriately, handling incoming calls with professionalism, and managing administrative duties that are vital to the smooth operation of the corporate office. This includes scheduling meetings and coordinating conference room bookings using Microsoft Outlook, managing mail and deliveries, and overseeing office supplies to ensure that the workplace remains well-stocked and functional.
Beyond administrative tasks, the Receptionist will support various departments with additional projects, contribute to maintaining an organized and professional office environment, and manage routine office maintenance and repairs. The individual will also coordinate services such as weekly staff car washes and handle document filing and shredding processes. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and equipped with excellent communication skills to represent the company effectively.

Job Requirements
- High school graduate or GED certificate
- previous experience in receptionist or administrative support role is a plus
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- demonstrated professionalism and a strong customer service mindset
- proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- positive, team-oriented attitude with flexibility to assist where needed
- must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
- able to sit and work at a computer for prolonged periods

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors
- ensure they are directed appropriately and comfortably accommodated
- answer, screen, and forward incoming calls professionally
- maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings in Microsoft Outlook
- prepare and manage outgoing/incoming mail, packages, and express deliveries
- monitor and maintain office and kitchen supplies
- place orders as needed to keep inventory stocked
- maintain a clean, organized supply room and coordinate routine maintenance and repairs
- support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
- organize and manage weekly car wash service for staff
- manage document filing and coordinate shredding/storage of old files
- assist with general office upkeep to create a positive and professional workspace
- perform other duties as assigned
