Job Duties
- Warmly greet customers
- Communicate and educate customers on Great Clips processes including online check-in and wait time monitoring
- Process transactions and issue receipts
- Provide general knowledge and recommendations on retail products
- Manage customer flow between check-in and service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front desk and lobby
- Answer phone calls
- Inform customers about services
- Update customer contact records
- Assist stylists with maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
- Work a flexible schedule including peak times
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
