Job Qualifications

  • bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet homeowners and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • respond to walk-in inquiries providing general information or directing to appropriate staff
  • calmly de-escalate tense or sensitive situations while following company policies
  • answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
  • take clear messages and ensure timely follow-up
  • schedule appointments for Community Managers and coordinate meeting logistics
  • serve as primary contact for homeowner inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • provide accurate information about community policies, assessments, amenities, and HOA procedures
  • address and resolve routine homeowner concerns, escalating complex issues as needed
  • accept payments including checks for assessments and fees
  • maintain accurate and timely records of payments
  • properly secure checks for courier pickup
  • assist with payment-related questions confidentially
  • open and close the main office according to procedures
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and reception area
  • accept, sign for, and log deliveries
  • notify staff of received packages
  • receive, date-stamp, and distribute paperwork
  • assist homeowners with completing forms
  • sell and distribute amenity access devices per policy
  • maintain records of amenity device issuance and payments
