Job Requirements
- Minimum of 60 units of undergraduate coursework completed preferred
- Typing speed of 45 words per minute or better
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as copiers, postage meter, printers, fax machine
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Ability to sit for long periods
- Ability to walk stairways
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and recognize when to contact supervisors for assistance
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet, receive and announce or route members and visitors
- Answer phone inquiries with empathy and patience
- Assist with mailing-related projects
- Maintain office equipment including copiers, postage meter, printers, fax machine
- Manage conference room calendaring and setup
- Order supplies and food for internal meetings
- Track staff expenses and manage inventories
- Keep records of credit card statements and receipts
- Coordinate with Administrator on credit card charge approval
- Copy and scan membership deductions and backups
- Receive and log expense reports from field staff
- Provide technical support such as connecting desktops to servers, printers, Wi-Fi
- Book travel and arrange housing for conferences and meetings
- Prepare and distribute agenda items, minutes, financial reports
- Send monthly meeting reminders
- Manage monthly meeting calendar
- Distribute mail and packages
- Reserve conference rooms
- Manage mailing tracker and registration lists
- Assist with convention planning and registration
- Manage office and business card orders
- Update staff directory and contact lists
- Post job openings
- Manage building maintenance and vendor proposals
- Oversee janitorial services and supplies
- Coordinate shredding services with confidentiality
- Handle membership mailings and report active members to local officers
- Assist with email setup and IT issues
- Assist with building access
