Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • strong initiative and leadership capabilities
  • personal responsibility and reliability

  • ability to multitask
  • ability to meet diverse client needs
  • proficiency in MS Office
  • ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices

Job Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent
  • previous experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred
  • excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • strong ability to take initiative with leadership skills
  • strong sense of personal responsibility and reliability
  • strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
  • ability to respond effectively to diverse client needs
  • proficient in MS Office

Job Duties

  • Serve as first point of contact for customers
  • greet and welcome customers
  • set tone for a positive customer experience
  • check in VIP appointments and direct customers to appropriate team members
  • coordinate front desk activities including answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • track incoming sales calls in CRM
  • maintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to success every day
  • assist customers with questions at the reception desk
  • perform other duties as assigned
