Job Duties

  • Greet clients, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments with accuracy
  • Notify staff members of client appointments and any changes
  • Assist clients and visitors with inquiries about services, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area
  • Manage mail and package distribution timely
  • Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks
  • Relay messages and information among clients, DCWs, and staff
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth communication
  • Address client concerns and escalate issues when needed
