Key responsibilities include managing incoming calls with efficiency by answering, screening, and routing them appropriately, ensuring that every customer inquiry is promptly addressed. The Receptionist will greet customers and visitors warmly, reinforcing the company’s commitment to high-quality customer care. Other vital duties include scheduling meetings, coordinating departure room timings, and managing inventory for snack packs.

Additionally, the role requires overseeing the reception area to keep it orderly and well-stocked, handling the mail flow by accepting packages and letters, and ordering office supplies and equipment as needed. The Receptionist also maintains the calendar for all Wichita office employees, collaborates with the reservations and tour departments as backup support, and manages recycling and shredding services. Handling online customer inquiries is another critical function, reflecting the company’s dedication to accessible and responsive customer engagement. Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

  • Accept all letter and packages and coordinates mail flow in and out of the office
  • Order all office supplies and equipment
  • Maintain calendar of all Wichita office employees
  • Serve as a backup to the reservations and tour department
  • Coordinate recycle and shredding services
  • Answer all online inquiries from customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned
