We are currently seeking a part-time Receptionist to join the Leisure Care team and serve as the friendly, professional face of our community. This role is vital to our mission, as the receptionist is often the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff. The Receptionist will be responsible for various front desk duties, including greeting visitors warmly, answering and directing phone calls, and maintaining accurate records such as resident emergency data summaries, phone logs, and sign-in/sign-out logs. Additionally, this role involves general typing, filing, monitoring the electronic resident call box, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and main entrance areas. Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential to succeed in this position, along with outstanding communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

This is more than a job; it is an opportunity to be part of a team that positively impacts the lives of older adults and their families every day while building a meaningful career within a supportive and innovative community.
