Job Duties
- Handle a high volume of calls remotely and in the office on assigned days
- answer, screen and transfer all incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- handle queries and complaints via phone, email and instant messaging
- provide callers with basic and accurate information about the business in person and via phone/email
- welcome guests and clients professionally when in the office
- assist security in greeting and checking in all visitors
- review and transfer voice messages daily
- acquire knowledge of all office systems including phones, computers, and instant messaging
- work closely with receptionist team to ensure consistent phone coverage and mutual assistance
- maintain complete knowledge of organizational structure, personnel names and titles
- interface with various departments and employees
- perform other assigned tasks
