The company's mission is to create environments that enable residents to find connections both in group settings and one-on-one interactions, ensuring a vibrant community spirit. Employees may access medical, dental, and vision insurance; retirement plans including a 401(k); assistance programs; employee discounts; referral incentives; and even voluntary benefits such as pet insurance and ID theft protection. Full-time employees are additionally eligible for paid time off, holidays, life insurance, adoption benefits, disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, tuition reimbursement, and other valuable perks.

Brookdale encourages veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses to apply, highlighting its dedication to diversity and inclusion. The company also supports associates seeking U.S. citizenship by offering assistance with naturalization fees for those who have been employed for at least one year.
