Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year receptionist experience in a multi-line phone system with high call volume
  • Ability to type 35-45 words per minute preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience as a receptionist in a multi-line phone system, high call volume setting
  • Typing skills of 35-45 words per minute preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency with office equipment and basic computer skills

Job Duties

  • Perform general reception and customer service duties
  • Assist in supportive administrative tasks
  • Receive and route incoming calls via multi-line phone system
  • Greet visitors cordially and provide assistance including visitor identification
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Order postage and maintain office supplies
  • Perform office opening and closing responsibilities
  • Assist affiliate departments with administrative support as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
