Given the nature of the position, candidates must be capable of interacting regularly and effectively with a diverse group of individuals including residents, coworkers, visitors, and supervisors. A strong command of the English language is essential to maintain clear communication, which is a cornerstone of the company’s safe and collaborative work environment.
