Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to handle multiple administrative tasks
- proficiency in using office equipment such as photocopiers, fax machines, and telephones
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work under supervision
- availability to work Monday to Friday 12 PM to 8:30 PM
- willingness to work overtime and respond to call schedules
- maintain professional appearance
- attention to detail
- basic accounting knowledge
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proficient in office software and technology
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- experience in a healthcare or administrative role preferred
Job Duties
- Provide administrative support
- perform as receptionist
- carry out clerical functions such as preparing and sending outgoing mail, distributing incoming mail
- maintain filing systems
- enter data and maintain databases
- type documents and correspondence
- photocopy, scan, and fax documents
- greet visitors and communicate with patients, providers, and other offices
- place, answer, and direct phone calls
- distribute messages
- organize, coordinate, and schedule meetings and appointments
- keep office area neat and tidy
- monitor and order office supplies
- handle information requests including reviewing files and records, answering inquiries, and responding to work requests
- coordinate work flow and compile records of office activities
- control basic accounting functions such as checking invoices, making deposits, and managing petty cash
- perform other duties as assigned
- attend and participate in staff meetings, in-service, projects, and committees
- adhere to policies and procedures
- work scheduled shifts including overtime when necessary
- accept all call schedules as directed
- maintain neat and professional appearance
