The role of Receptionist at o9 Solutions is a critical front-facing position pivotal to the smooth function of our Dallas headquarters. As the "face" of o9 Solutions, the Receptionist will be key in providing a warm, professional, and positive first impression to visitors and employees alike. This part-time role, requiring 30 hours per week during afternoon shifts from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday, ensures the daily front-office operations are running efficiently. Working on-site consistently, the successful candidate will handle a diverse array of responsibilities ranging from managing desk and room reservations, handling office supplies and mail, coordinating catering services, to managing building and parking access for employees. The Receptionist role demands not only reliability and professionalism but also the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving and clear communication are essential. This position requires maintaining discretion and confidentiality in all duties and calls for a collaborative spirit in aligning with various teams and stakeholders across the organization. Job Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service/hospitality role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Available to work in-office Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM consistently
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve
- Commitment to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Must be physically present at Dallas Headquarters
- Reliability in shift attendance
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service/hospitality role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Job Duties
- Greet visitors in a professional, energetic, positive, and courteous manner
- Ensure desk/room reservation procedures are followed
- Assist with ordering, receiving, and distribution of office supplies and pantry items
- Assign and maintain employee building and parking access
- Receive, sort, send mail as needed via various couriers
- Coordinate office catering
- Responsible for main line messages during business hours
- Provide other related duties as assigned or required
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
