Amalfi Jets is currently seeking a professional, organized, and personable Receptionist to join the headquarters team in Calabasas. This full-time position offers competitive compensation, ranging from $22 to $25 per hour, and is vital to maintaining the smooth daily functioning of the office. The receptionist will serve as the company’s first point of contact, providing a warm and efficient welcome to clients, guests, and business partners. This role involves managing all inbound phone calls, directing them appropriately, and greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner. In addition to these customer-facing responsibilities, the receptionist will also provide essential administrative support, including maintaining the organization of office common areas such as the snack and stock rooms, and coordinating schedules and conference room bookings for internal meetings.
The ideal candidate for this role is not only highly organized and detail-oriented but also possesses strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in administrative work is preferred, with a minimum of one year recommended to ensure familiarity with office protocols and effective multitasking.
