Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work 2pm-10pm shifts on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
- ability to greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner
- effective phone communication skills
- ability to manage mail and clerical tasks
- proficiency in maintaining accurate records
- ability to respond to emergencies according to protocol
- commitment to a drug-free workplace
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and manage phone systems
- familiarity with basic office equipment
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
Job Duties
- Greet all visitors entering the community
- answer questions
- ensure visitors sign guest sheets
- answer and direct phone calls to proper residents and staff
- sort, deliver, and collect incoming and outgoing community and resident mail
- perform basic office and clerical functions
- maintain visitor logs
- respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol
