Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • availability to work 2pm-10pm shifts on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
  • ability to greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner
  • effective phone communication skills
  • ability to manage mail and clerical tasks
  • proficiency in maintaining accurate records
  • ability to respond to emergencies according to protocol
  • commitment to a drug-free workplace

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multitask and manage phone systems
  • familiarity with basic office equipment
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently

Job Duties

  • Greet all visitors entering the community
  • answer questions
  • ensure visitors sign guest sheets
  • answer and direct phone calls to proper residents and staff
  • sort, deliver, and collect incoming and outgoing community and resident mail
  • perform basic office and clerical functions
  • maintain visitor logs
  • respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol
