  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of Administrative Assistant experience preferred but not required
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • Exceptional listening skills
  • Must be well organized with attention to detail
  • Exercise discretion and must have high level of integrity and professionalism
  • Must have experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work through stressful situations

  • Responsible for all deliveries received, (Fed Ex, UPS USPS) sort and distribute
  • Keeps inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Assist team members with basic operational support
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
