We are currently seeking a diligent and personable Front Desk Administration Clerk to join our team. This role is pivotal in creating a positive experience for all clients and visitors. The receptionist will be the primary point of contact, responsible for greeting guests with professionalism and warmth, determining their needs, and directing them appropriately. This position requires a candidate who is organized, attentive, and capable of multitasking efficiently within a busy office environment.
The Front Desk Administration Clerk will also handle incoming phone calls, screen and redirect them to the correct departments, and manage scheduling appointments to help maintain an organized workflow. Other important responsibilities include receiving and distributing mail, packages, and courier deliveries, which are critical for maintaining communication and operational effectiveness.
In addition to front desk duties, the successful candidate will perform various administrative and clerical support tasks, such as basic filing and recordkeeping. Attention to detail and reliability are essential to ensure that these tasks contribute to the organization's overall efficiency.
This is a full-time position with a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday. The role requires the ability to stay seated for prolonged periods and occasionally lift objects up to 15 pounds. We seek a team member who is not only skilled in administrative functions but also demonstrates excellent communication and customer service skills, making them an asset to our front-of-house operations.
