Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 month of similar or related experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Ability to handle multi-line telephone systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional member service through empathy and tact
  • Dependability and punctuality
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Greeting and guiding members
  • Answering a multi-line telephone system
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Assisting members to the appropriate departments
  • Handling high volume of incoming calls
  • Providing exceptional member service with empathy, courtesy, and tact
  • Supporting the credit union’s mission and values
