Job Duties
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff courteously and professionally
- answer and route incoming phone calls to appropriate departments
- perform front desk duties including sign-in, visitor logs, and ID verification
- maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- assist with general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution
