Carrollton Springs is a state-of-the-art, 50-bed inpatient behavioral health hospital dedicated to providing specialized rehabilitation and recovery services to individuals facing the debilitating effects of severe injuries or illnesses. We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated team. This full-time position is crucial in creating a welcoming and professional environment for patients, visitors, and staff at the front desk. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact, responsible for greeting individuals courteously, managing incoming calls, and assisting with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of reception services. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
In this role, the Receptionist will perform essential front desk duties such as handling visitor sign-in and ID verification, managing visitor logs, and routing phone calls to appropriate departments. The position also involves general clerical responsibilities including data entry, filing, and mail distribution. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, are organized, and can effectively handle multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
