Job Duties
- Warmly greet customers
- Communicate and educate customers on Great Clips processes, online check-in, and wait time monitor
- Process transactions and issue receipts
- Recommend retail products based on general knowledge
- Manage customer flow from check-in to service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front desk and lobby
- Answer phone calls and provide information
- Update customer contact records
- Assist stylists in salon cleanliness
- Commit to a flexible work schedule including peak times
- Resolve customer issues efficiently
