Job Duties
- Warmly greet customers
- Communicate and educate customers on Great Clips processes, Online Check-in and the Wait Time Monitor
- Process transactions and issue receipts
- Maintain general knowledge of retail products and make recommendations
- Manage the flow of customers between check-in and service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
- Manage answering the phone
- Inform customers about services
- Update customer records with contact information
- Assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
- Commit to a flexible work schedule including peak and weekend times
- Provide dedication to great customer service
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Resolve customer issues effectively
