Job Description

D1 is an athletic-based group training facility dedicated to serving adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up. With a mission to provide the best fitness philosophy and facility, D1 empowers its athletes to improve themselves by efficiently and consistently achieving their fitness goals. The current role on offer is a high-energy, enthusiastic position on the Recruiting team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the rapid growth of D1 by proactively engaging potential clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction to the facility's services. Working in a fast-paced sales environment, the individual will manage both incoming and outgoing calls, book free trial workouts and consultations, and sell the full range of D1’s products and services. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate and nurture leads through the sales process effectively. The Recruiting team member will also be responsible for accurately logging all client interactions and tailoring service recommendations to meet individual client goals. The working schedule includes afternoons from 2-8 pm Monday through Friday, with additional hours on Saturday mornings from 9-12. Job Duties

  • making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact
  • nurturing leads through the sales process
  • making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly
  • able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs/goals
  • booking free trial workouts and consultations
  • selling all D1 products and services
  • working schedule from 2-8 pm Monday - Friday and Saturday 9-12
