Job Duties
- Warmly greet customers
- Communicate and educate the customer on Great Clips processes including online check-in and wait time monitor
- Process transactions and issue receipts
- Maintain general knowledge of retail products and make recommendations
- Manage customer flow between check-in and service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front desk and lobby area
- Answer phone calls and provide customer information
- Update customer records with contact information
- Assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Work a flexible schedule including peak hours
