The role we are seeking to fill is that of a receptionist with supervisory qualities. This position serves as the first point of contact for all residents and visitors, making it essential for the candidate to represent the organization positively both in appearance and behavior. The ideal candidate will enjoy change, be a quick learner, and function well under pressure, reflecting professionalism and courtesy consistently. In addition to greeting and directing visitors, the receptionist will handle a range of administrative tasks including managing the switchboard, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the reception area. This part-time position operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Embracing a team-oriented mindset and the ability to multitask effectively will be critical for success in this role. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years office or clerical experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a receptionist or equivalent role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multi-task
