In addition to greeting and directing visitors, the receptionist will handle a range of administrative tasks including managing the switchboard, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the reception area. This part-time position operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Embracing a team-oriented mindset and the ability to multitask effectively will be critical for success in this role. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years office or clerical experience
- Minimum 2 years experience as a receptionist or equivalent role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task

Job Duties
- Greet residents and visitors to the office and direct them to the appropriate personnel
