The role of Receptionist at Bergstrom Mazda of Green Bay is an integral position within the dealership. This part-time role, which offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $15.00 to $18.00 based on experience with an additional $2.00 per hour for Saturday shifts, is geared towards professionals passionate about delivering outstanding guest service and contributing to a seamless dealership operation. Scheduled primarily on Tuesdays and Thursdays from noon to 7:00 pm, with potential additional hours for coverage, the Receptionist will act as the welcoming face of the dealership. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, directing them efficiently, managing incoming phone calls with professionalism, and providing vital administrative support such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence. Equally important is maintaining a clean, inviting front desk and waiting area to ensure guest comfort. Collaboration is key, as the Receptionist will coordinate communications among sales, service, and parts teams to uphold top-tier guest satisfaction. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous reception or guest service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and passion for guest service

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a guest service role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software and phone systems
  • A passion for providing outstanding guest service and maintaining a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet guests as they enter the dealership and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, taking messages and providing information as needed
  • Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence to various departments as needed
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area
  • Offer guests refreshments and ensure they are comfortable while they wait
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction
