Handling clerical tasks including data entry, proofreading, filing, and correspondence management will be part of your daily responsibilities. You will also support office management functions, including basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks, inventory tracking, and supply ordering. The role requires excellent computer literacy, familiarity with multi-line phone systems, and a high level of customer service skills to assist visitors and clients professionally and courteously. Bilingual abilities, while not mandatory, are highly desirable as they enhance our ability to serve diverse clients effectively.

Job Requirements

  • minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in office administration or reception roles
  • proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • excellent communication skills including phone etiquette
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • attention to detail and organizational skills
  • bilingual abilities preferred but not required
  • knowledge of QuickBooks considered an asset
