Currently, Garber Automotive Group is seeking warm, enthusiastic individuals to join their expanding team in the role of Receptionist. This position plays a vital part in maintaining the group's reputation for extraordinary customer service and operational efficiency in a fast-paced automotive environment. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing communications by answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments efficiently. Additionally, the role involves maintaining and updating inventory records, including entering new vehicle inventory data into spreadsheets and removing information on sold vehicles, which is essential for keeping dealership records current and accurate. The candidate will also be tasked with typing up wholesales and dealer trades to ensure streamlined paperwork processing. Weekly title audits will be conducted as a critical responsibility for compliance and proper documentation. This position reports directly to the Office Manager and assists with other tasks as assigned, providing a front-line presence that supports both customers and internal teams. Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Prior customer service experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Outlook and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Strong written and communication skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic

Job Duties
- Answer phone calls and direct the caller to the appropriate department
- Enter new vehicle inventory into the appropriate spreadsheets

- Other tasks as assigned by Office Manager
