Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferably in a healthcare setting
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- proficiency in using office equipment and computer software
- ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills
