Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with phone systems and office software

Job Duties

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
  • Assist with general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution
